EcoAir Warranty

EcoAir provides a 1 to 2 years non-transferable warranty when you purchase directly from EcoAir or its Authorised Resellers. The rights and benefits under this warranty are additional to your statutory rights which are not affected. Please remember to register your EcoAir product.

This warranty service is for a service and repair of your EcoAir product. The service and repair will take a minimum of 3 weeks from the date we receive your appliance.

If your item is out of warranty, please visit our Ad Hoc Service Page. Please note that our employees will not be able to extend your warranty at their discretion.

Back to Base

All warranty and services are on a back to base basis, we do not send engineers on site.

Collection & Delivery are only available for Mainland UK Addresses only.

We do not collect or deliver from Republic Ireland, Northern Ireland and Islands (Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey). You will need to arrange the delivery to base and back at your cost.
